1977 - 2014Phil was a much loved brother, son, uncle, nephew and friend who will be greatly missed. The Cambridge research into impaired consciousness group gave hope to Phil and the family and their work is invaluable for others with brain injury.

Susan Elkins

1947 - 2017

Susan Elkins died peacefully at Addenbrooke's Hospital on 24th March 2017 aged 69, after battling over 10 years with Early onset Alzheimer's. She spent her life caring for others as a Nurse, Sister and Matron and worked tirelessly to make people's lives better.
We are raising money this January in memory our a very special man, who is sadly missed.In order to do this we will not be drinking alcohol for the whole of January, and donating money we would have spent, to this amazing hospital.
This site is a tribute to Richard Ellis, born Liverpool March 06, 1933, died Cambridge January 15, 2024. Richard died peacefully at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge surrounded by his 4 children. He was a kind, gentle and sensitive man who charmed everyone he met. Richard leaves behind his partner, Moya, his children, Christopher, Charles, Jane a
Oliver died three weeks before his third birthday. He was a beautiful, kind and loving child.  We miss him.Following a tragic accident, Oliver spent the final days of his short life in the care of Addenbrooke's Hospital's Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The dedication and compassion of the staff was outstanding.

Terry Faber

1964 - 2016

In memory of Terry Faber, a wonderful Dad to his four children. As a family we remain in awe of Terry's courage, stubbornness and sheer determination in his fight to recovery some four years ago after receiving a multi viscal organ transplant. His donor family remain in our thoughts, our thanks and gratitude will never be enough.

We have chosen to support Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) in memory of Chris. Chris benefited from a number of ACT projects whilst undergoing his treatment for Leukaemia at Addenbrooke's.
