A lasting tribute to your loved one

Creating a Tribute Fund is a special way to honour the life of a loved one and share lasting memories, while helping Addenbrooke's and the Rosie continue to offer the very best care for patients.

Your Tribute Fund

Setting up your Tribute Fund is simple, and once set up it can provide a focal point for family and friends to share thoughts and memories, as well as light candles, add photos, videos and music, and also celebrate special days or anniversaries, or collect in-memory donations.

About Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT)

How your Tribute Fund helps

Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) is the only registered charity (no 1170103) dedicated to supporting innovation in patient care across Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals.

Your Tribute Fund will help us provide extra services, equipment and research that the NHS simply can't provide, from life-saving technologies to the special touches that really do help patients feel better and give their loved ones much-needed peace of mind.

If you would like more information about setting up a Tribute Fund please contact Donor Care Team, on 01223 217757 or email hello@act4addenbrookes.org.uk

By organising or taking part in a wide variety of fundraising activities, YOU are helping to make a significant difference for patients throughout Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals, over and above what would be achievable with NHS funding alone.

For support and advice on your fundraising, as well as fundraising materials to help promote your activities, do contact our Fundraising Team, who are always happy to help, on 01223 217757 or email them here.

As well as supporting patient care across the hospitals, ACT runs a number of appeals for specific areas of need. Please click here to find out more.
